Charles Davies MVO joined as a Freeman on 3 December 2020. Charles was introduced to the Company by Liveryman Robert Pooley at the Surgical Award Dinner, and has an enthusiasm for swords. He has worked for the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office for more than 20 years and is currently the Private Secretary to the The Princess Royal. He is married to a fellow diplomat, Laura, who was a Boot Scholar! They have two children.
