General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)

Major changes are about to take place to UK law relating to data privacy and protection, which includes personal information that the Company keeps about you. These regulations are covered by the term GDPR and come into force on 25 May 2018. A new Data Protection Policy for the Company is available to view online by clicking here.

The personal data that the Company keeps on you is fairly limited but in order to continue to do so we must have your written permission. To this end it is essential that you complete a Privacy Notice – if you don’t then we will, unfortunately, not be able to retain your details and communicate with you! This will be sent to you by post with a stamped addressed envelope; please sign and return before 25 May 2018. Alternatively you can download a copy here.

There is also a Privacy Notice for any guests you may bring to functions – it is your responsibility to apprise them of the Company’s policy; this is important in the case of them having dietary requirements, which are classed as ‘sensitive data’. This is also available to download, please click here.
