We are delighted to offer another in our series of events aimed at those of you below the Court, this time a ‘Get to know your Company Dinner’ on Wednesday 27 September 2017, 6.30-9.30pm. As usual, this event will be open to Livery and Freemen below the Court, whether you have just joined the Company or been a member for many years.
Those who attend the dinner will be treated not only to the finest of Mrs Hasler’s cooking, as well as wines specially chosen by the Clerk, but also an informative tour of your Hall, carried out by our Beadle and Assistant Beadle. In addition to this Mr Martin Griffiths will be attending. Martin runs the Barts Health Violence Reduction Service which tackles knife crime and gang violence. This was our main Sexcentennial charity with which we are still actively engaged, and will give you a chance to learn a bit more about one aspect of the Company’s charitable endeavours.
Dress will be lounge suit or jacket and tie, and the cost of the dinner will be £20 per head.
Places will be limited, and whilst priority will be given to Company members you are encouraged to bring a partner or friend, should you so wish.
